Cancellation Policy -

Cancellations May be made within 72hrs or more on the booking site and rescheduled for the next available appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours of appointment will be charged 50% of service cost. Cancelations within 24hrs will be charged 100% of service cost. Cancelations must be made by text or call with a response from service provider.

 

Return / Refund Policy -

Any refunds must be done in a consultaion with your service orovider Covid 19 Policy - If you are feeling sick, or show signs of being sick, if you have been in contact or close contact with someone who has tested positive please cancel and reschedule your appointment. If your appointment is not canceled due to covid,as stated in the cancelation policy, you will be charged for your missed appointment.

 

Late Policy -

If you are running late please contact and let your stylist know, keep in mind this may impact the services being provided during your time. Clients who are 15 mins or more will be canceled, and rescheduled accordingly, A rebooking fee may be applied.
